The Rojgar Sangam Bhatta Yojana 2024 is an unemployment allowance and employment assistance scheme introduced by the Government of Uttar Pradesh for educated yet unemployed youth residing in the state.
Through this scheme, the state government aims to provide financial help to jobless youth to assist them in finding suitable employment opportunities.
Introduction
With increasing population and competition, unemployment has become a serious issue in India especially amongst the educated youth. A large number of graduates and post-graduates are unable to find jobs matching their skills and qualifications.
To address this problem, the Uttar Pradesh government has launched the Rojgar Sangam Bhatta Yojana 2024. Under this project, financial assistance will be provided to unemployed youth so that they can cover their expenses while searching for work opportunities.
Objectives of Rojgar Sangam Bhatta Yojana 2024
The main goals of this allowance scheme are:
- To lend financial help to unemployed youth of UP during their job search period
- To support them in meeting basic expenses like food, bills, travel etc.
- To prevent educated youngsters from choosing illegal ways to earn money

Who is Eligible?
To be eligible to receive benefits under the Rojgar Sangam Bhatta Yojana 2024, the applicant must satisfy the following eligibility rules:
Domicile Requirement
- Permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh
- Possession of Aadhaar Card with UP address details
Age Limit
- Minimum age – 18 years
- Maximum age – 35 years
As on 1st January 2024
Educational Qualification
- 12th pass schooling certificate
- Diploma / Degree holder – Graduation / Post graduation
- Course must be full time from recognized university/college
Financial Assistance Offered
Selected unemployed candidates will receive monthly unemployment assistance for meeting their day-to-day expenditures while job hunting.

Eligible and interested applicants can submit their application through the following steps:

Step 2) Find and click on “Apply Online” link on home page.
Step 3) Read all guidelines carefully and proceed to registration form.
Step 4) Enter name, email ID, mobile number and captcha code.
Step 5) An OTP will be sent to your phone number for verification.
Step 6) Input OTP to activate your account.
Step 7) Login using your ID and password to access the application form.
Step 8) Accurately fill in all essential personal, educational and professional details.
Step 9) Attach scanned copies of documents, photograph and signature files as per specifications.
Step 10) Preview entire application carefully before final submission.
Step 11) Take printout of the confirmation/reference page for future requirements.
Step 12) Visit assigned Employment Exchange office as scheduled for document verification and registration completion.

Selection Process and Distribution of Allowance Amount
- Applications received online will be scrutinized by respective District Employment Exchange to check eligibility
- List of provisionally selected applicants will be prepared based on predefined quotas and merit factors
- Provisionally selected candidates will be informed to appear for document verification
- Final beneficiaries will be chosen based on document verification and merit ranking
- ₹1000 to ₹1500 monthly financial help shall be directly transferred into registered bank account through DBT
- Allowance eligibility will be re-verified every quarter
Responsibilities of Selected Beneficiaries
- Must honestly look for suitable and dignified employment
- Need to attend interviews, job fairs and campus selection drives
- Should enroll for and successfully complete government sponsored skill development programs
- Submit quarterly reports of efforts taken for getting jobs to the District Employment Exchange
- Inform authorities immediately after getting employed
